- Ghulam Mustafa Bashir represented Pakistan in the men’s 25-metre rapid-fire pistol event at the Rio Olympics 20216. Unfortunately, he did not win any medals there.
- Then he represented Pakistan in the Tokyo Olympics 2024.
- Then he presented Pakistan in the World Championships 2022 in the 25 m rapid-fire pistol event. there he won a bronze medal.

Ghulam Mustafa Bashir is a Pakistan sports shooter who has presented Pakistan three times in the Olympics tournament. First, he participated in the Rio Olympics 2016, then the Tokyo Olympics 2020, and then the Summer Olympics 2024 in Paris. Sadly, he has not won any medals in any of the tournaments. He participated in the 25 m rapid-fire pistol event in all the tournaments.
During the Summer Olympics 2024 in Paris, he was placed in the 15th position in the men’s 25 m rapid-fire pistol event. Unfortunately, he ended his hopes of making it to an Olympic final. He secured a 581-19x overall, scoring a 292 (98, 99, 95) in Series 1 and 289 (97, 97, 95) in Series 2.
