Ace Filmmaker Karan Johar to make a biopic on BCCI President Sourav Ganguly?

As per the few reports on Social Media Bollywood star director, Karan Johar is all set to make a biopic on BCCI President and former Skipper of Indian Cricket team Sourav Ganguly.

A per the report’s of Mumbai Mirror biopic on Sourav Ganguly is to be made Karan Johar met BCCI President and former Skipper of Indian Cricket team.

This is not the very first time Bollywood will be making a movie on Sports and a Sportsperson

The trend of making biopic in Bollywood is not new previously there were films like Mary Kom, MS Dhoni – The Untold Story, Bhaag Milka Bhaag, Paan Singh Tomar and Azhar. Directors and producers were successful where the films saw huge success in the box office and the collections.

The upcoming biopics such as Kapil Dev ‘83’ directed by Kabir Khan that depicts on how India won the first-ever Wolrd Cup a movie on the WORLD CUP, J Jayalalithaa’s “Thalaivi” starring Kangana Ranaut, Gunjan Saxena biopic “Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl” starring Janhvi Kapoor, Mithali Raj’s biopic ‘Shabaash Mithu’ starring Taapsee Pannu.

Shahid Kapoor starring “Jersey” which is an official Hindi remake of Telugu movie with the same name “Jersey” starring Nani in the lead. Jersey is directed in Hindi as well by the same director Gowtham Tinnanuri who has directed the Telugu version.

In a talk show when DADA was questioned if a biopic is made on him and which actor might play the role DADA said HRITHIK ROSHAN as he likes him a lot.
