- She won the 1500m in the Junior Nationals at Ranchi in 2019.
- In 2019, she won a gold medal in the 1500m and 5000m at the Khelo India Youth games at Pune.
- In 2020, she won a gold medal in 15000m and 5000 m at the Khelo India Youth Games at Gawahati.
- In January 2021, Dhyani won gold in both 1500m and 5000 at the Federation Cup Junior u-20 Athletics Championships at Sangrur, Punjab.
