Barcelona registers five Barça B players for the Champions League

La Liga giants Barcelona have come a long way since their inappropriate exit from the Champions League quarterfinals in the last campaign. Ronald Koeman has successfully done his job to bring the team together and provide a strong start to the new season. Many doubted Koeman’s ability to manage a top club after his failed ventures at Everton in Premier League and Valencia in La Liga.

However, Koeman proved his doubter wrong with his way of stabilizing the club. He made up for the economic weakness by releasing highly paid players and selling those who are not required. The Dutchman chalked out his squad for next season on the basis of performance during the pre-season. He recently announced the squad to compete for the Champions League this year.
