Football.london reports that Chelsea is interested in Raya, a goalkeeper for Brentford with 14 months remaining on his contract. One of Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy is likely to depart this summer to make room for the incoming Raya. If Brentford does not finish in the top seven, the Spanish goalkeeper is not expected to renew his contract.
Toney, the Bees’ indisputable talisman, is set to become a free agent in 2025, although he might go as early as this summer. According to reports, Brentford might sell the 27-year-old if they get a fair offer or if the player requests a transfer.
They have been looking for a capable center striker for quite some time, and they may have found him in the one-time England international’s 19 Premier League goals.
However, Chelsea has competition from Manchester United, who have also been linked to the Brentford pair.
