Cristiano Ronaldo has arrived back at Turin ahead of his return to training with Juventus amid rumours of his potential move to Ligue 1 side PSG. Italian reporter Romeo Agresti posted a video of Cristiano Ronaldo landing at Turin earlier today on twitter and the video got crazily viral in no time. There was only one question that the fans were asking – does this mean tha Ronaldo is staying at Juventus?

Juventus finished 4th in the Serie A table last season, their worst league performance in recent history. They also got knocked out of the UEFA Champions League in the Round of 16 by Lyon. A player like Cristiano, who hates to lose, would definitely not like to stay at a club during the worst phase of their history and it was thus being said that the Portuguese might consider a move to a new club. PSG were and still are the top contenders to sign the Striker, if he decides to leave Juventus.

However, Juve’s management are confident that Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at the club. Vice President and former Juventus player Pavel Nedved has made it clear that they can not lose up on Ronaldo this summer.

“Ronaldo has been called up for July 26, he’ll be back on Monday and will stay with us,” Nedved said after Juve opened their latest pre-season schedule with a 3-1 win against Cesena on Saturday.

While losing up on Cristiano Ronaldo will be a huge blow to Juventus’ revenue in terms of jersey sales and merchandise but as far as the game is concerned, football analysts believe that Juventus have already got Cristiano Ronaldo’s perfect replacement in Italian winger Federico Chiesa. The youngster had an excellent spell at the Euro 2020 where he won the trophy with the Azzurris. Can the 23-year old step into the shoes of the Portuguese talisman is he decides to leave the club this summer? Only time can tell.
