Barcelona teen star Ansu Fati release clause rises to €400 million

The club lacked funding to remain active in the current transfer break. Hence, some player sales would be fine to bring in fresh legs.
Semedo’s replacement Dest is currently negotiating his move to Barcelona. The 19-year-old played beautifully to prove his worth for Ajax the last term. The Catalan club does have some serious talent in the first team. La Masia graduate Ansu Fati has significantly gained experience with a number of first-team appearances.

Recently the youngster took over the number 22 shirt at the Blaugrana. The shirt was previously held by Arturo Vidal and the likes of Dani Alves, Eric Abidal, and Geovanni in the past. Diario Sport reports that Ansu Fati’s release clause has had a huge leap from €170 million to €400 million due to a contract clause. Barca manager Koeman has promoted the youngster to the first-team squad for the upcoming season. This is why Fati is so highly rated.
In his debut season, Fati managed to feature 33 times for the Catalunya club. He has enough potential and impressed his new boss throughout the pre-season. Koeman definitely has some plans for the starlet as he develops himself into a goal-scoring machine. (FC Barcelona News)
