Football: FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup schedule announced
The official slogan of FIFA under 17 also announced- Kick Off The Dream.
FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup Finals will be played in Navi Mumbai on November 21 for which five host cities,
ahmedabad, Guwahati, Navi Mumbai and Bhubaneswar including Kolkata were also announced on Tuesday by the organising committee of FIFA Under 17.
For the first time in November this year the schedule of the FIFA Under-17 Women’s Football World Cup to be held in india and it was announced on Tuesday.
The World Cup match events were announced in the presence of Union Sports Minister Kiran Rijiju, FIFA Chief Women’s Football Officer Sarai Beerman, All India Football Federation (AIFF) President Praful Patel and FIFA Youth Tournament head Robtrera Grassi.
Tournament will be on November 2 and The quarterfinals will be played on November 12 and 13 while the semifinals will be held on November 17 after this final will be played and which was scheduled on November 21.
The match to be held in 5 cities of our country, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Kolkata and Navi Mumbai.In this match total 16 teams are participating and total 32 matches will be played.

India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel, said India will next seek to host the U-20 World Cup also and the prestigious Club World Cup. and He is also the chairman of the local organising committee.
FIFA Chief Women’s Football Officer, Sarai Bareman, said on the announcement day: “Today’s announcement of the match schedule, host cities and official slogan for the Women’s World Cup FIFA Under 17 India 2020 represents a major moment for the tournament and football fans and lovers across India and around the world.”
On this occasion of announcement Rijiju said, “I am happy to inform that we will host World Cup matches in five cities of the country. India is preparing to host another FIFA tournament, I appeal all the countrymen for its grand success. Our Indian U-17 women’s team is playing in the FIFA tournament for the first time. It is a matter of pride for the whole country and we will ensure that they get all possible support. ”
Apart from the announcement of match schedules, the tournament’s official slogan ‘Kick of the Dream’ was also launched.
AIFF President and Local Organizing Committee head Praful Patel said, “The announcement of tournament matches is an important moment. Now we know which match will be held in which city and how many matches will be played in the tournament. Fans can begin preparations for this tournament to be held in November.”
