According to many people, yes, cricket lost its charm that it had in the last decade. A lot of people have claimed that in the earlier decade, cricket had its craze which now it’s not. In earlier times people used to gather together, leave their work, and used to watch matches. Those days were immense. But now people are not much interested in this sport because of the players and now there are not many thrilling moments.

Another major reason is the 60 days of the Indian Premier League. There are also some other tournaments in other countries just like IPL. In earlier days people used to be die-hard fans of cricket but now people have lost their interest.

Yes, as per some people, now the audience is having more interest in watching and playing football. In some past years, India has also gained a good name in football because of some good players like Sunil Chhetri and more. But the true cricket fans are true fans. They love to watch it. And some people just love to watch football, and some fans love to watch both. So both are good sports and they have their fan base. Cricket lost its charm that it had in the earlier days but still this sport is always going to be the pride of India and the true fans are always going to stay with it.
