There has been a lot of hilarious banter off late between India and RCB captain Virat Kohli and former England international Kevin Pietersen. Virat Kohli has trolled back Pietersen on several instances.
A few days ago, Pietersen tried to take a dig at Virat Kohli to ‘get on a bike’ on his workout video. Kohli replied and said ‘after retirement’.

However, in the latest instance, Kevin Pietersen got the edge over Kohli in social media trolling. The Indian captain likes to give fitness goals and Pietersen posted a hilarious comment on his latest workout video. Kohli might have been stunned by Pietresen’s comments this time around.
He posted a workout video and wrote in the caption, “Putting in some daily work to prepare for this heat. Btw pls tag and ask [Chris Morris] why he’s making those sounds in the background.”
Kevin Pietersen aptly replied and commented, “I’m more worried about the shorts you’re wearing?” RCB wrist spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is also known for his epic social media comments. He wrote, “Why are you wearing my shorts bhaiya?”
Kohli slyly hit back and Chahal and wrote, “Because You never wear them.” However, he did not post any reply to Pietersen’s comments. It will be interesting to note if he does come up with a reply.
RCB is gunning for their maiden IPL title.
Virat Kohli and his team will be gunning for their maiden IPL title this year. They started their IPL 2020 season on a winning note by defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad. They had a terrible IPL 2019 season, where they finished at the bottom of the points table. Now, RCB will face KL Rahul’s Kings XI Punjab On September 24 for their next match in Dubai.

Kohli was very confident ahead of the start of the season and even stated that the team has the right balance this season. So, it is a fresh start for them. He is very excited about RCB’s chances in the upcoming season. Now, it will be interesting to see if the team does replicate the captain’s words on the field.
