Napoli contact Ivan Rakitic for a summer transfer

The latest club to have shown interest in the Croatian international is Napoli. Napoli have struggled for quality played in the middle of the park for some time now, and their midfield is shouting out for a replacement since the departure of Jorginho.

The current contract of Ivan Rakitic runs till June 2021, and the speculation of a transfer has caught the light. The manager of the Barcelona unit Setien recently took to press to report that Rakitic has not demanded a transfer yet. However, the Spanish club has been linked with Fabian Ruiz of Napoli. If Barcelona’s chase for Ruiz catches speed, then Rakitic could head to Napoli.
