Parul Chaudhary Biography: Parul Chaudhary was born on 15th April 1995. As of 2024, she is 29 years old. She hails from Iklauta Village near Meerut. She ran barefoot as a teenager and competed in the 800 meters in her school starting in 2011. She switched to 1500 m and 3000 m, before taking to 5000 m and competed professionally in the latter event. Because of that she landed a job with the Western Railway in 2015 and she shifted to Mumbai.

- Parul Chaudhary won a gold medal in the women’s 3000m steeplechase in the Asian Athletics Championships held in Bangkok in July 2023.
- In August 2023, she registered a personal best time and national record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:15:31, in the process of qualifying for the Paris Olympics 2024 at the World Athletics Championships held in Budapest.
- At the Hangzhou Asian Games in October 2023, she won a gold medal in the 50000m event and won a silver medal in the 3000m steeplechase.
- She represented India in the Summer Olympics 2024.

She clocked a season-best time in the qualification but sadly she failed to make it to the women’s 3000m steeplechase final at the Olympics on Sunday.
