How Is ICC T20 Ranking Calculated?

Players are rated on a scale of 0 to 1000 points where if the performance of a player is slightly improving on his past record, his points increase, but if the performance is declining his points will go down.

According to the source, the value of a player’s performance within a match is analyzed by looking at the algorithm, which is a series of calculations based on several circumstances in the match. But there is no human intervention in this calculation process and no subjective assessment is made. There are slightly different factors for every single different format of the game.
