He was the official member of the Indian athletic team at the 2022 Asian games in Hangzhou. He hails from a village Deogaon in Maharashtra which is about 50 km from Nashik. He has learned basics from the D.R. Bhosale school coach RW Jadhav.
DR Bhosale looked at his jumping skills. Kushare was first introduced to this sport by Jadhav, but the mat needed for landing at the time of practice and at an even it was missing. Then Sarvesh started high jump practice with the scissors style, and it took him a lot of years to shift to the result-oriented Fosbury mode. His shift was mainly possible only after school authorities and his father Anil Kushare prepared a makeshift mat made from the waste from Corn with some cotton and unused clothes. A lot of agricultural waste was also used in it.

- On 26th September 2018, Sarvesh Kushare Biography officially created a national recording high jump at the 58th National Open athletics championship at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
- In that tournament, he beat the meet record of 2.22m which was held by Tejaswin Shankar. Unfortunately, he did not succeed in his attempt to jump 2.29m to break the National record.
- Kushare made his official international debut at the South Asian Championships in 2019.
- In the same he, he won a gold medal as he jumped at 226m at the Indian Open Championships in Ranchi.
- In October 2022, he achieved his personal outdoor best of 2.27m in the Indian National Championship at Gujarat.

- In August 2023, he officially took part in the World Athletics championships in Budapest where he represented India. There he finished on the 11th position in the qualification round of Group B and 20th overall in a total of 33 jumpers.
