After a period of no cricket for almost three months, finally, the fans have heard some good news. The Australian cricket board has released the schedule for the touted Indian tour of Australia. The series was scheduled from before the Corona outbreak and India were supposed to play three T20Is, three ODIs and Four Test Matches in their tour of down under. There was fear of cancellation for the tour following the outbreak of Coronavirus in the entire World. However, the Australian cricket board has finally released the schedule of India vs Australia.

Kevin Roberts, the CEO of Australian Cricket recently released an official statement. He said “The Australian men’s team recently claimed the No. 1 Test ranking after India had held the top spot for almost four years. The Border-Gavaskar series is one of the international sport’s great rivalries and this will no doubt be another enthralling chapter,”
The last time Virat Kohli traveled with his brigade to down under the team triumphed a hard-fought series 2-1. Indian team would be vying to repeat the feat.
The series could be a lifeline for all the sports fans around the world as well as the broadcasters. In a statement, Peter Campbell, Head of Fox Sports, said: “Three T20’s, Three ODI’s, a four-Test series against India — Smith v Kohli, the two top-ranked Test players from two of the top-ranked Test nations head to head on Australian soil.”
