The cricketers who are often treated as gods by their fans have come forward to support their fans in these grave situations. The players have donated as per their limitations. The star players such as Kohli and Rohit donated millions, and even the domestic player did not hold themselves back. The Bengal star Ishan Porel donated 50,000 rs, whereas two veterans KKR stars Laxmi Ratan Shukla and Gautam Gambhir donated different amounts from their MP funs. Even ex Indian stalwart in Sachin Tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly came forward to support the people of the nation.
