Since Barcelona cannot spend much, they are trying their luck offering a swap deal of Rafinha Alcantara plus €8 million. €2 million will be the additional cost on variables if the deal goes through successfully. As per Gerard Morena at RAC1, Barcelona may fancy if the negotiation goes down well as City have reduced their asking fees to €20 million. The transfer window shuts on Monday, October 5, and so Koeman has to act quickly. Barca will try to seal the move as soon as possible.
