KKR News: The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to start in one day. All the teams are practising hard in the nets to prepare for the upcoming tournament. They are sweating it out in the nets to get back into rhythm.
When everyone is practising hard in the nets, there was a moment of fun in the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) dressing room. Rahul Tripathi, Dinesh Karthik and Abhishek Nayar had a light moment during the training session. KKR shared a video in which Tripathi was facing Nayar and the umpire was Dinesh Karthik. A challenge was thrown at Tripathi. He had to smack a six off the last ball.
This is one of the toughest situations in the game, and the former India captain and current CSK captain, MS Dhoni has faced such a situation numerous times in his illustrious career. He has hit the six of the final ball on numerous occasions. But, what did Tripathi do? (KKR News)

Dinesh Karthik and Co. will start their IPL 2020 campaign, with a match against the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) on September 23 at Abu Dhabi. KKR has won the IPL title two times, and they will be looking for their third one.

KKR looks a strong side with the addition of Pat Cummins, Eoin Morgan. They also already have the match-winners in the likes of Sunil Narine, Shubman Gill, Dinesh Karthik and Andre Russell. Shubman Gill and Sunil Narine will be looking to give the side a fiery start at the top. Karthik, Morgan and Russel will add the firepower in the middle order.
In the bowling department, Pat Cummins will be leading the pace attack. On the other hand, Kuldeep Yadav will be leading the spin attack. Sandeep Warrier, Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagarkoti are the young prolific pacers in the lineup.
